Olivia Trummer

Hailing from a musicians' family, Olivia Trummer started studying classical piano at age 4 and immediately became passionate about improvising and composing as well. She eventually studied and graduated both in Jazz Piano and Classical Piano at the University of Music in Stuttgart and went on to pursue a Master's degree at the Manhattan School of Music in New York City. The formative years spent in in the jazz metropole alongside with her deep connection to classical music serve as ongoing sources of inspiration within her own musical universe. Olivia is active internationally as a jazz pianist, singer, composer and songwriter since many years and has performed at festivals like Umbria Jazz, London Jazzfest, GroundUp Music Festival, Montreux Jazz Festival. Her 11th album and - after the acclaimed "For You" and "Dialogue's Delight" - third release for Warner Music Italy carries the title "Like Water" and was recorded in NYC. The album marks the start of Olivia's collaboration with legendary producer Russ Titelman and features her as a soloist on piano and vocals.
