Written and recorded together at home using hardware synthesizers, the record draws from the hook-heavy elegance of OMD and New Musik, with an eye toward timeless classic songcraft filtered through sonic experimentation. Boy-girl vocals trade perspective over drum machines, cinematic synths and guitars indebted to UK jangle and new wave.
