Petunija

Petunija is an alternative singer and songwriter from Baltics. After releasing her newest EP “Your Highness”(2023) and succesfull collaborative and solo works, in 2024 she received an important break-through of the year award in Lithuanian music awards M.A.M.A. Growing up in the 90's Lithuania had an enormous impact on her personality and music. Humble upbringing in a freshly independent country and a dream to be a Rock Star as seen on early MTV inspires her to write about both - human connection and global things that all of us experience in todays world, but most importantly in her mind - a song should always make you feel something. Combining pop & rock influences and expermentative heart Petunija is a fresh and unique voice in alternative pop scene. Her live performances with a band gets you into emotional rollercoaster - you might cry one minute and the next you may rave your heart out. Petunija's music is mostly nostalgic, energetic passionatelly writtern and heavily melodic while sometimes authentically exploring etno waters. You can call it either - rock, dreampop, alternative or simply pop, and you might be right either way.
