The best way to describe Philipp Priebe’s music might be as dancefloor-prose. The german producer and DJ musically recites raw, sensitive stories that tempt you to fall in love on the dancefloor or at least wrap you in a blanket of melancholy. Fascinated by how bands like Sigur Rós create emotive atmospheres and musically reflect internal processes, Priebe found his own way to craft club-appropriate compositions that convey storytelling and emotional processing.
