Phree Direxion

Phree Direxion's sound lives between memory and motion. Based in New York City, producer and selector Christopher Irons strives to make and mix emotional, melodic house inspired by labels like All Day I Dream and Anjunadeep, with sounds shaped by nights in Mykonos, Ibiza, Montreal and New York . His journey into electronic music began in the ’90s after discovering the soundtrack to the movie Hackers, introducing him to Orbital, Leftfield, Underworld, and Carl Cox - and the path was refined in 2024 after discovering artists like Lee Burridge, Sebastien Leger and Tim Green. Self-taught in both mixing and production, he began pursuing both disciplines seriously in 2025. A regular presence at the Lower East Side’s Gugu Room, along with regular collaborator Tim Dauz, he continues to refine his sound on the dance floor.
