Energetic, genre-defying, and expressive – the collaboration between La Nefera and Polarbæren, showcased at the Project Agora Festival 2025, couldn’t be a better match. La Nefera brings hip-hop infused with her rich cultural heritage of Latin American influences to the table. Inspired by the powerful figure of Nefertiti, her lyrics embody empowerment and strength. This energy meets the eclecticism of Polarbæren – a vibrant blend of driving beats, catchy melodies and experimental sounds that move both body and mind. After an intense production phase, the collaboration now culminates in the presentation of the new album VISA. A wide-ranging sonic universe uniting two distinctive artistic perspectives from different generations and contexts, connected through shared curiosity and creative drive. VISA will be released via Current Moves in June 2026 and toured across clubs and festivals throughout the year.
