The Polk County Pagan Market is more than just music it’s community. Led by market organizer Jason Mclelland, a lifelong Wiccan initiate, this collective brings together lyrics, chants, and creativity from people of all paths and all walks of life. Music has always been an ancient tradition among Pagan paths a way to carry spells, preserve history, and pass wisdom from one generation to the next. Long before books or recordings, songs and chants were the living memory of the people, woven into ritual and daily life. We honor those traditions today by carrying the same torch forward, using modern technology to share our lyrics, rhythms, and stories with the world. We gather under the full moon, where our spells, stories, and songs come alive. Every lyric and every story is born out of the shared spirit of our community and given back to it. We do this for fun. We do this for community and we do this for our message. Our members follow diverse Pagan traditions Wicca, Norse, Celtic, Druidic, Heathen, Hellenic, eclectic witchcraft, and beyond making our sound a tapestry of experiences and perspectives. Together, we celebrate authenticity, resilience, and the sacred in everyday life. Polk County Pagan Market is modern music by the community, for the community.
