Yanga Richard Mzayiya , better known by his stage name Richard Blaq , 1/2 Colours of sound Member , is a South African DJ, record producer and songwriter | entrepreneur | Graphic Designer . Born: 25 May 1991 , Mthatha in the Eastern Cape, Based in Durban – Kwazulu Natal ,South Africa . Richard Blaq established his own record label GEMA MUSIC GROUP ( GMG ) and released his debut self-titled Single Mshanami released in collaboration with Open Mic Production He draws inspiration from a number of South African House DJs such as Black Coffee,Dj Merlon , Da Capo , Benny Maverick and Kasango His production abilities have proven to be amongst the best in the country as his production includes but not limited to the songs such as SAMA Award Record of the Year by Holly Rey – You. Richard has also worked with the likes of Nokwazi ,Skye Wanda, Dj Wonder , Murphy Cubic , Infected Soul , Bukeka, Acshyn , Pixie L to mention a few. In 2022, Richard Blaq continues to build his Solo brand,Also Performed in Public & Private Events through Out the Country .Shared bigger stages with likes of Black Coffee , Zakes Bantwini , Oskido , Dj Tira , Cassper Nyovest , Sjava & More Richard Blaq surrounded himself with like-minded people and people who would inspire him. He just released his second Single Tittle : Sonini Featuring Amazing Vocalist Bukeka
