Underground ήχος indie rock
Robert Earl Thomas is the lead guitarist for indie rock stalwarts Widowspeak. His first solo record, the 80s-leaning Another Age, came out on Captured Tracks in 2017 and since then Rob has cultivated a collection of soft ruminations. Topics range from labor strikes in Hollywood to rodeo divorces; psychedelic paranoia to noir Christmas. Told always with an earnest and thoughtful approach.
