FORMATION records UK - The World Of Drum&Bass Rockman (Rami Navarro) is a Musician/producer composes on software and hardware both vintage and new, performing his own sounds and recording his own guitars and voice for each piece while avoiding a pigeonholed sonic aesthetic. "My music is a fusion of Metal, Punk, Drum & Bass and 8-bit/Chiptunes. " Rockman lists principal influences as Aphex Twin, the Prodigy, Sonic Youth, Yacopsae, Koji Kondo, Autechre, Atari Teenage Riot, Sub Focus, Noisia, Wilkinson, Kamo & Crooked, Russian Circles. With the support of some of the scene's best D&B producers, a review in Knowledge Magazine (http://kmag.co.uk, the biggest Dubstep/Drum & Bass mag in the UK), and prior tracks released on Formation Recs UK, Rockman is stepping up to the professional league. Rockman has remixed artists such as Celldweller, A-Sides, Apex, DJ Basher, and DJ SS and has performed live on stages across North and South America. Signing to Detroit-based hybrid label FiXT, Rockman released his debut EP Search & Destroy in 2012. Featuring six cuts of skull-crushingly heavy Dubstep and D&B laced with metal guitar and chiptune electronica, the EP promised a huge future.
