In 2013, two long-time friends came together under the name Salento Guys. Their mission was to share the vibrant and diverse identity of Salento—a unique blend of cultures—with the world. Since then, their music has drawn on a variety of influences, blending dance music with popular traditions, traversing Italian and European pop culture, and incorporating sounds from Latin America and Africa. Their style bridges the gap between club beats and Latin/urban rhythms, creating a sound that is both dynamic and eclectic. Over the years, the Salento Guys have collaborated with a wide range of artists, including Apres la Classe, Sud Sound System, Alborosie, The Kemist, Paki & Jaro, Nicola Fasano and many others. They’ve also worked closely with rising stars in the club and Latin/urban music scenes, such as Santiago, Francis La Potencia, Edward Swagger, RKN, Romano, Paki and more. Thanks to their distinctive musical identity, they have gained the support of artists worldwide and continue to receive widespread recognition for their work, both in the studio and on stage.
