Schicktanz

Originating from Berlin, Schicktanz set out on a journey to express what he is experiencing and to create what he is longing for - not only as a DJ and producer but also as a label-head and event organizer. Being driven by a clear vision in the moment, yet setting no barriers for his sound and inspiration, lets him thrive in the creative process. Over the years he has explored various sounds, always following his heart and finding new inspiration by visiting and experiencing the clubs and events of his hometown Berlin.  Currently he focuses on hypnotic sounds, playful synth-lines, percussive grooves and deep kick drums. All merged together with his distinctive style of mixing - layering various tracks with a fast yet organic pace to hold up the energy on the dancefloor.
