Inspired by personal memories and global upheaval, the trio transcends genre boundaries, blending subtle improvisation with narrative depth. “Transitory” – a soundtrack for times of transformation. In 2023, the Sheen Trio released its debut album "Gozar" on Berthold Records. Their new album "Transitory" will be released on Unit Records in early 2026. The name Sheen Trio refers to the sixteenth letter of the Persian alphabet – the letter “Sheen” that also begins the name of the bandleader.
