Sketler’s musical journey began in 1995 when he was captivated by the emerging Hardcore scene. As a fan of the raw energy and versatility of this style, he quickly developed a deep appreciation for the various subgenres within Early Hardcore. In his productions, Sketler strives to capture the essence of the ’90s, combined with a modern, energetic twist. Over the years, Sketler has continued to refine his skills as a DJ and producer. One of the highlights of his career was winning the Thunderdome ’98 DJ contest and performing at the indoor edition of Mysteryland in 1999, held at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht—an experience that further fueled his passion for music. Although the ’90s played a crucial role in his development, Sketler remains focused on the future. He is steadily working on new tracks that blend the Oldschool vibe with contemporary energy. Sketler is also looking forward to collaborating with other producers in the scene, aiming to reach a wider audience. His journey is far from over, and he continues to contribute to the Early Hardcore scene with enthusiasm.
