Snowbeasts

Snowbeasts is a haunting post-industrial duo that blends ominous cinematic ambience with powerful modular squelches and hypnotic heavy distorted beats. Originally conceived as an experimental modular synth side project of Raab Codec during the harsh and blizzard-riddled winter of 2014 in the Northeast, Snowbeasts has since evolved. Over the winters that followed, Elizabeth Virosa joined the project, contributing further by writing tracks and adding ethereal vocals. Snowbeasts have been prolific since their inception: to date, they have over 20 releases, including collaborations with Dead Voices on Air, Solypsis, and D.U.M.E. They have performed live in festivals and line-ups, including Alessandro Cortini (NIN), Richard Devine, Bestial Mouths, Mark Hosler (Negativland), Harpy, Void Vision, and many more.
