Selected awards: • 1st International Zbigniew Seifert Jazz Violin Competition - Audience Prize • Jazz Juniors International Contest - Grand Prix and & Special Prize • Laureate of the Creative Scholarship of the City of Cracow • Nominated for the „Best Violinist” and „New Hope” in the annual national JAZZ TOP rank Performing over hundred gigs per year as a leader of his solo projects, as well as side man, session musician. He has toured on almost every continent hitting the stages of clubs and festivals all around the world, visiting such countries as Poland, Spain, Italy, Hugnary, Serbia, Island, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Georgia, China, South Korea, Chile, Cape Verde and many others. His debut solo album „Landscapes Too Easy To Explain” was released by one of the most prestigious european jazz labels – Hevhetia. During Landscapes [...] over 30,000 km long premiere tour, the band visited many European countries & also took part in Jazzpopolsku – the biggest Asian concert tour promoting Polish jazz in history. Despite his young age he was involved in number of international projects including renowned musicians, such as Ben Frost, Daniel Bjarnason, Elliot Goldenthal, Diego Navar- ro, Ludwig Wicki, Joe Hisaishi, Hadrien Feraud, Marcin Wasilewski, Mariusz Patyra, Joanna Słowińska, Paweł Kaczmarczyk, Grzech Piotrowski, Piotr Orzechowski, Joachim Mencel, to name but a few. www.stanislawslowinski.pl
