With her recent win at the Rocky Mountain Songwriting Contest, Tai has continued to cement her reputation as one of Nashvilles respected songwriters. Called "a songwriter's songwriter" by Americana UK, she has built an impressive body of work across seven albums. Her award-winning songs include "How It Flew," winner of the 2025 Rocky Mountain Songwriting Contest; "If Heaven Had Waited," which took second place at the Corpus Christi Songwriting Festival; and "Drop Off Line," which earned her a finalist spot in the prestigious Kerrville Folk Festival New Folk Competition. She is a two-time Kerrville New Folk Finalist and recipient of the John Cirrillo Scholarship Fund Grand Prize. She has been featured in Billboard Magazine, Americana UK, American Songwriter and on NPR. Her performances have reached audiences as varied as Pope John Paul II and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and she has appeared on iconic stages including Nashville's legendary Bluebird Café.
