we’re ur fav neighborhood grrrl rock band, remember there’s no “i” in grrrl but there is a “rrrawr” <3 Started by Gianna “Gigi” Barwald in May of 2022, t@b grrrl started as a New Jersey derived riot grrrl band. Their original members (as heard on their debut EP) consisted of vocalist Gigi Barwald, bassist Alijah Williams, guitarist Julia Landi and drummer K.P. Antone. T@B’s music is inspired by femme-fronted punk bands mainly from the 1990’s such as Bikini Kill and a mix of more modern bands like Dazey and the Scouts and Pretty Sick. Gigi has now made her way into the NYC rock scene sharing the stage with musicians like Allison Wolfe of Bratmobile opening for Brontez Purnell. Current members include bassist Nico Mac of local riot grrrl band Bad Static, guitarist Amy Harris and drummer Malachi.
