Formed in 2023 and based in Paris, The Paulines, composed of Dee (bassist-singer), Rodé and Jules (guitarists) and Thomas (drummer), are a tight-knit quartet both on stage and in real life. Inspired by a multitude of rock genres, the band combines the influences of its members to create songs that combine biting choruses reminiscent of late 70s British punk rock with soft haunting melodies reminiscent of 80s new wave. After releasing three self-produced singles (Pauline, The Garage and Molly Wants The Money), the band released their first six-track EP "On The Loose" in the summer of 2025, financed through crowdfunding. Their latest release is “Lux Lunae,” a calm yet powerful single, in a darker and more subdued style than the rest of their discography.
