Tris and the Tribe

Tris and the Tribe is a London-based soul, funk and jazz band created in 2023 by singer-songwriter and guitarist Tris Puri. Tris previously performed as a solo act around London and Berlin, opening for the likes of Chris Jagger and Slim Chance. Keen to work more with other musicians, Tris enlisted his old friend George Parry on bass, and very quickly the Tribe expanded and took shape. Now with a full horn section and backing singers, Tris and the Tribe have played venues across London, including the Half Moon Putney, The Bedford, the Amersham Arms, and have several sold out Sofar Sounds gigs under their belts.
