Uridium

Uridium was founded by guitarist Gary Vescio with a clear vision: to create a high-energy heavy metal band driven by powerful riffs, soaring solos, and memorable clean vocals that connect with audiences. He was soon joined by guitarist Paul Cutting and bassist Ian “Slug” Hill, with drummer James Morgan completing the lineup in 2019. In the summer of 2022, the band underwent a significant transition when Cameron Brown joined on lead vocals. Following a serious health incident that left former vocalist Phil unable to continue performing, Cameron initially stepped in for a charity show held in Phil’s honour. His performance marked the beginning of a new chapter, and he has remained as the band’s frontman ever since. Uridium quickly gained momentum, winning their regional Metal 2 the Masses campaign in 2023. That same year, they released their debut EP In For The Kill and performed on the New Blood Stage at Bloodstock Festival to a packed audience. The band has since built a strong live reputation, performing at club shows and festivals in towns and cities around the UK such as London, Manchester, Bristol, Bournemouth, Leicester, Nottingham, Mansfield, Birmingham, Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester, Newcastle and Dundee. Building on this success, Uridium released their debut full-length album, Reflections of Insanity, on 17th April 2026, following a three-single rollout that showcased their evolving sound and growing ambition.
