Roomer
Underground, αργή βραδιά slowcore
The Berlin-based trio Roomer weaves noise, melody, and memory into expansive, guitar-driven songs. Formed by longtime friends and collaborators Ronja Schößler, Ludwig Wandinger, and Luka Aron, the band brings together distinct voices from across Europe’s avant-garde, folk, and electronic scenes, weaving these influences into a sound that moves between shoegaze density, diary-like songwriting, and sonic exploration. Their second album, Staircase Made of Rope, embraces instability as a method, moving between density and silence while allowing melodies to surface and dissolve in unexpected ways. Built largely from improvisations and first takes, the record follows their 2025 debut Leaving It All to Chance. After appearances at London’s ICA, ESNS, and The Great Escape, the group returns with new music and a extensive European tour.
