Op bevrijdingsdag kun je met de hele familie langskomen bij ons KinderBevrijdingsfestival in het Vondelpark. Het programma zit vol interactieve muzikale voorstellingen en workshops. Jeugdtheaterhuis Amsterdam speelt 'De Kinderen van de Hollandse Schouwburg', een aangrijpend waargebeurd verhaal uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Achref Adhadhi en Kristján Martinsson brengen de poëtische mimevoorstelling 'Thuis Best' met livemuziek. Verder zijn er dansworkshops met Gregory Shaggy, verhalenvertellers van 'Oorlog in mijn Buurt' en muzikale intermezzo's van DJ Misja Impossible. We sluiten af met een funky optreden van Naga Kirana.
