Le Zoot Collectif explore les diverses esthétiques du jazz d'hier — swing, bebop, hard bop et cool jazz — avec l'énergie d'aujourd'hui. Né en 2016 de l'union de jeunes musiciens formés à New York et au CNSM de Paris, le groupe propose un late show à 23h suivi d'une jam session jusqu'à 2h du matin.
