The next part of Generate is here! You can look forward to sailing in deep house waves to melodic techno. Simonpietro Malandra, aka Malandra Jr., began his career as a musician in childhood, playing the piano. He entered the Conservatory and, after a few years, began studying the clarinet, graduating with honors, winning several awards, and playing in various orchestras and chamber ensembles. Malandra studied at the Accademia Teatro alla Scala and, right after, started producing electronic music, offering unique, sophisticated releases on labels such as Diynamic, R&S, Still vor Talent, Atlant, and, of course, Tenax Recordings. His wealth of classical-music knowledge enables him to shape electronic music with incredible melodies, harmonies, and rhythms, featuring shades of bucolic tradition and innovation. His bass lines, in contrast, are very deep and pressing. He loves minor keys, and all of this recently earned him the title of teacher at the Tenax Academy for DJs and producers.
