Angela Aux - Das Nichts macht Kopien von sich selbst Release Show

Angela Aux is one of the most idiosyncratic voices in the German indie and folk scene. His music blends poetic songwriting with philosophical thought experiments, moving effortlessly between folk, indie-pop, and lo-fi electronics. His work is characterized by surprising connections, ranging from melancholic vibes reminiscent of Mac DeMarco to the narrative depth of Sufjan Stevens. In October 2026, he releases his first fully German-language album, 'Das Nichts macht Kopien von sich selbst', featuring clever, warm pop songs inspired by the Hamburg School, 90s grunge, and experimental soundscapes. His live performances create a thoughtful yet entertaining world where absurdity and musical curiosity meet.
