New York Classical Players opens its 2026–27 season with a spirited classical program featuring Cole Reyes's world premiere Circular Reasoning, Mendelssohn's youthful Violin Concerto in D minor with soloist Emma Frucht, Barber's Capricorn Concerto, and Texu Kim's arrangement of Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue with clarinetist Yoonah Kim. The performance concludes with Reyes's chamber orchestra arrangement of Strauss's Till Eulenspiegel.
