Scéalta is a quartet that brings Irish legends and stories to life through music and dance. The project features four artists from across Europe who found a creative home in Berlin, blending their diverse backgrounds into a performance about home, travel, friendship, and love. The concert offers a modern interpretation of Irish folk songs and melodies, combined with captivating Irish step dance. The name Scéalta comes from the Gaelic word for stories, referencing the ancient tradition of scéalaithe (storytellers) who once traveled Ireland sharing tales with the public.
