A sneak peek concert presentation of Mornings in Jenin Musical, an original work in development created by Amal Bisharat with music co-written by Bahar Royaee and adapted from Susan Abulhawa's bestselling novel. The multi-generational story follows a Palestinian refugee born in Jenin Refugee Camp after the 1948 Nakba. Blending contemporary alt-pop with traditional Arabic instrumentation, the performance features a vocal cast and fusion ensemble, followed by a reception.
