George Clanton creates a nostalgic, gleaming electronic pop sound that blends synthesizer presets, fuzzy textures, and raw, emotive lyrics. A key figure in the early vaporwave and lo-fi scenes under former monikers like ESPRIT 空想 and Mirror Kisses, he released the landmark all-original album virtua.zip before adopting his given name in 2015. Moving to Brooklyn, he established the 100% Electronica record label and curated the 100% ElectroniCON festival, cementing his distinct DIY approach and connecting deeply with fans through virtual and physical spaces.
