Desire is a synth-pop group from Montreal featuring vocalist Megan Louise and producer Johnny Jewel. The group emerged in 2008, creating a universe defined by neon romance and cinematic longing. Their music, notably the anthem "Under Your Spell" from the film Drive, has influenced fashion and nightlife globally, appearing in campaigns for Dior and Chanel. Joining them is MOTHERMARY, an electro-pop project by twin sisters Elyse and Larena Winn. Their sound blends darkwave and 1980s drum machines into what they describe as ritualistic pop. Johnny Jewel also performs, bringing his signature analog synth soundscapes and cinematic vision to the stage.
