Santrofi ist eine achtköpfige Highlife-Band aus Accra, Ghana, die traditionelle westafrikanische Rhythmen mit Funk, Afrobeat und moderner Energie vereint. Gegründet 2019 vom Bassisten Emmanuel Kwadwo Ofori, erlangte die Gruppe mit ihrem Debütalbum «Alewa» und dem Nachfolger «Making Moves» internationale Bekanntheit.
