The Pretty Reckless are a four-piece hard rock band from New York City, featuring actress Taylor Momsen on vocals and guitar. Formed in 2009, the group includes Mark Damon on bass, Jamie Perkins on drums, and Ben Phillips on lead guitar. Their sound is a brand of accessible hard rock influenced by Nirvana, Joan Jett, and Hole. The band gained recognition with their debut album Light Me Up and reached new heights with their second studio album Going to Hell. Hits like Heaven Knows and Messed Up World have topped rock charts in both the UK and US, making them one of the few female-fronted bands to achieve such success. They have also toured internationally and supported major acts like Marilyn Manson and Evanescence.
