Unsound Kraków 2026: FUZZ - Actress / Marina Herlop / Liars feat. Macio Moretti & Tymek Papior

A night of new and special shows from three much-loved artists. For over two decades, Actress has continually reinvented himself, crafting enigmatic solo records and working with artists across the musical map. At Unsound Kraków, he presents "Radical Frame", a brand new A/V show that extends his distinctive approach to sound, image and atmosphere. Liars return for a special 20th anniversary performance of their landmark 2006 album "Drum's Not Dead", with Angus Andrew joined by Polish percussionists Macio Moretti and Tymek Papior. Built around rhythm, repetition, ritual and atmosphere, the album remains one of Liars' most singular works, and this expanded performance brings it back to its rhythmic core while opening up to new possibilities. Opening is Catalan composer and experimental musician Marina Herlop, who performs on the release day of her new album, "Dja Dja" – an ambitious work that expands upon her already visionary compositional style while pushing her production skills into new terrain, combining otherworldly choral sections, intricate percussion parts, and her singular voice into a dizzying contrapuntal swirl.
