The West London Chorus, formerly known as the Chiswick Choir, celebrates its 50th anniversary with a performance featuring major 18th-century compositions. The program includes Handel's vivid and energetic psalm settings, Nisi Dominus and Dixit Dominus, composed during his time in Rome. The London Mozart Players will perform J.S. Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 3, known for its intricate instrumental interplay. The concert concludes with two motets by Mozart: the early Offertory Alma Dei creatoris and the late Eucharistic hymn Ave verum corpus.
