Lingua Erotica

Lingua Erotica is a collaborative synth-pop project by Berlin-based producers and DJs Narciss and Morphena. Born from a desire to move beyond the functional club environment, the duo explores song formats, cinematic soundtracks, and 80s-inspired aesthetics. Their debut EP, Wrapped In Silk, draws on influences from filmmakers like David Lynch and Federico Fellini, incorporating Italo-disco motifs into its sonic texture. The project marks a shift for Narciss and Morphena toward vocal performance and direct lyrical expression, translating themes of desire, conflict, and self-projection into clearly defined pop structures. Songs like "El Diablo" and "Stars In Your Eyes" reflect biographical moments, maintaining a tension between intimate narration and electronic club roots to restore emotion to modern pop.
