America's viral Taylor Swift workout is coming to London for the very first time. Swiftie Liftie Club is a Taylor Swift-inspired fitness community founded by coach Alexy Posner. The experience combines high-energy movement set entirely to Taylor Swift's music with friendship bracelets, singalongs, and a social party. The event features a 60-minute workout class followed by a social gathering with a glitter bar and era-inspired outfits. Proceeds from ticket sales are donated to LGBT HERO, a national health and wellbeing charity supporting LGBTQ+ people across the UK.
