The Tubs
The Tubs are the project of Owen Williams and George Nicholls, known as primary songwriters in Joanna Gruesome. The group also includes members of Flowers and Garden Centre. They have established themselves through performances alongside acts like Porridge Radio and Public Practice. Their sound draws from an eclectic range of influences including British folk and post-punk. Their debut album Silver Moon features a jangling guitar style reminiscent of Australian bands such as The Goon Sax or Terry.
