Known for an unapologetic accent and a percussive, feral guitar style, Kealy crafts songs that blend myth, confession, and fever dreams. Steeped in the rhythms of Irish storytelling, his sound sits outside the folk mainstream—raw, dissonant, and emotionally unguarded. His debut 'Pull The Right Rope' earned a Choice Prize nomination, while his latest album 'The End' was nominated for the RTE Choice Music Prize Irish Album of the Year and received high praise from Hotpress and Time Out London. Onstage, his magnetic performances involve foot-tambourine rhythms and ritualistic delivery.
