Composer Hannah Ishizaki presents A Thousand Generations, a one-act opera inspired by the traditional Japanese folktale Tsuru no Ongaeshi. Written in collaboration with Pulitzer Prize-winning librettist Mark Campbell, the work explores themes of identity, belonging, and cultural memory.
