Brother-sister duo Angel and Lulu Prost, the creative force behind Frost Children, grew up in St. Louis influenced by the cathartic energy of golden-age EDM. On their third album 'SISTER', released via True Panther/Dirty Hit, they refine their sound with a personal and layered collection that oscillates between emo, electro, and pop. The album explores themes of codependency and connection, serving as a portrait of their unique partnership as bandmates and roommates who communicate through what they describe as 'twin telepathy.' After a previous appearance at Paradiso, they now bring their energetic performance to Tolhuistuin.
