The Haffner/Fink Quintet presents a night of exciting original music composed by Donovan Haffner and Laurel Fink. Donovan Haffner, a south-east London alto saxophonist and winner of the 'Jazz Newcomer' award at the Jazz Parliamentary Awards 2025, has a rich background performing with Moses Boyd and the Nu Civilisation Orchestra. Joining him is 22-year-old tenor saxophonist Laurel Fink from Berkeley, California, known for her thought-provoking solos and performances alongside artists like Arthur Verocai and Kassa Overall. The quintet delivers two sets of contemporary jazz music.
