In 2021, Dallas musician, producer, and studio owner Jeff Saenz—known as "Baby Snakes"—survived being struck by nearly 8,000 volts of electricity, resulting in the loss of his left hand and right arm. Written and recorded one track at a time over a year during his recovery, Ouroboros marks his resilient return.
