Rooted in their at-home grounding ritual, each session expands this intimate practice into a collective experience, where curated music, custom herbal tea blends, and ritual incense create space for meditative presence and connection. Created by partners Toribio and Ada Rojas, Sala Sessions is a multi-sensory deep listening experience. Ada begins each session with a grounding meditation to help everyone settle in, while Toribio guides the room through carefully curated ambient soundscapes. For this session, an ancestral altar will be set up to honor and connect with ancestors in honor of Día de los Muertos, and attendees are encouraged to bring a small token, photo, or written name representing an ancestor.
