Along with his solo career on Morton Records, he has been Maroon 5's keyboardist for over 12 years. His collaborations include icons like Stevie Wonder and Erykah Badu. In 2024, he became the first Black composer to write for a Disney attraction and released his album 'Cape Town to Cairo', recorded during a journey across Africa. His memoir 'Saturday Night, Sunday Morning' explores his unique path between faith and music.
