JazzyBIT & K-lu

In the summer of 2025, JazzyBIT and DJ K-lu joined forces to build a project that blurs the line between a live band and a DJ set. JazzyBIT tracks are injected with hip-hop, electro, and funk from K-lu's side, while K-lu's tracks are colored by jazzy rhythms and live improvisation. The result is a high-energy performance that doesn't fit a single box. JazzyBIT is a loud jazz trio from Timișoara featuring Teodor Pop on keys, Mihai Moldoveanu on bass, and Szabó Csongor-Zsolt on drums. Their sound is often compared to a trio version of Snarky Puppy or Hiromi. K-lu has been a presence on the electronic scene since 2005, blending hip-hop, bass music, and funk with samples from classic Romanian cinema.
