15 Years Gretchen: Takuya Nakamura
Takuya Nakamura verbindet seit Jahrzehnten Jazz-Tradition mit zeitgenössischer elektronischer Musik. Der aus Tokio stammende Trompeter, Keyboarder, Produzent und DJ studierte am New England Conservatory bei George Russell und prägte ab 1994 die New Yorker Jazz- und Jungle-Szene. Er spielte in Bands wie Nerve und CocoRosie und arbeitete mit Künstlern wie Quincy Jones, David Byrne und Arto Lindsay zusammen.
