Meteora is a tribute band to Linkin Park that formed in 2015 in northern France. Comprising a group of close friends and musicians, the band is dedicated to recreating the powerful and energetic live experience of Linkin Park's music. Following the passing of Chester Bennington in 2017, the group took on the responsibility of continuing to spread the band's message and music to fans across the globe. They have performed extensively throughout France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, and recently recruited lead vocalist Matt Se7en to the lineup. In 2020, they released an original track titled 'We are soldiers' as a tribute to the Linkin Park community, which received recognition from Mike Shinoda.
