Celebrate the release of the EP "Spiritual Power" with Kiala & The Afroblaster, a 10-piece Afrobeat band. Led by Kiala Nzavotunga, former guitarist for Fela Kuti's Egypt 80 and Ghetto Blaster, the group blends vintage Afrobeat grooves with bluesy guitar, hip hop, and funk influences. Joining forces with the Amsterdam-based collective Afrogrooves, the band delivers socially and politically relevant lyrics underpinned by a powerful instrumentation of horns and tight percussion.
