Latvijas Nacionālais simfoniskais orķestris (LNSO) presents its celebratory New Year's concert programme blending symphonic masterworks with traditional Portuguese fado. The evening features Portuguese vocalist Gisela João, pianist Aurēlija Šimkus, and guest conductor Rui Miguel Marques performing Antonín Dvořák's Carnival Overture, Manuel de Falla's suites from The Three-Cornered Hat, Franz Liszt's Spanish Rhapsody, and expressive traditional fado selections.
